In total, 35 patients with androgenetic alopecia (AGA) were involved in the study, of which 28 were males, aged 28 to 72, and 7 were females, aged 46 to 76. Each patient used laser therapy for six full months.

In women, the hair counts increased in the temporal area an average of 55.2% and in men 74.1%. In the vertex area the corresponding percentages were 64.9 for women and 111.9% for men.

Directions for Use
Platinum 9 Laser Hair Brush

The Platinum 9 Laser HairBrush/Comb should be used on a “clean scalp” after shampooing and the scalp should be completely dry. The comb should be used before applying any other topical treatments, gels, or sprays.

You can use the unit with power cord only or with batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be used and charged with the power cord.

Do not use standard batteries and power cord at the same time.

1. Place brush/comb flat on scalp with comb teeth touching scalp.

2. Move the comb using a “step” method by placing the comb on a spot and leaving it there for 15 seconds then moving it ½ inch to the next spot.

3. Comb against the direction of hair growth.

4. Make two compete passes over the entire scalp.

5. After treatment, turn off comb and remove power cord if not recharging batteries.

6. Do this 15 minute treatment three times a week with at least 24 hours in between treatments.

Warnings:

* Do not stare at the laser beams and do not stare at laser beams reflected from any surface.

* Do not shine the laser into or around eyes.

* Keep out of reach of children. Do not allow minors to use lasers.

* Never shine a laser at anyone.

* Do not point any laser at mirror-like surfaces. A reflected beam can act like a direct beam on the eye.

* The use of magnifying optical instruments with this product can cause eye danger.

* Do not attempt to repair or alter in any way the workings of this device or any part of this device.
